“There were a lot of difficult coordination issues with the various building assemblies, but we were able to complete the project as promised and maintain our high quality standards” summarizes MPS Vice President Gregg Bekelja. The work consisted of a comprehensive repair and restoration scope that included significant EIFS replacement and substrate waterproofing, balcony repair and coating, garage coating, flashing, window and door repair and flashing, through-wall mechanical unit replacement and flashing, plaza repair, sealant replacement, parapet and coping repairs, and roof repairs.
